Rob is honest, knowledgeable, and efficient. I dealt with him on 3 pieces of equipment. He knows a lot about machines & you can see it is a passion. He also went so far as to help me on some unrelated equipment issues I was having. But he is not a know-it-all -- he double-checked some things, and straight up said when he would get back to me on something (and always did). He has a strong network behind him and his industrial yard is to die for. He definitely does things right.

Use caution and be very thorough.
Bought a piece of equipment for asking price with the agreement that some items like ac would be fixed. Turns out that it was not and found other mechanical issues / frame cracks. True it is used equipment from a used equipment dealer you expect somethings to be hidden but some are much more clever than others. Just like the new trailer that I bought was a year older on the bill of sale than discussed. Just be very careful. Commitments don't mean much once a deal is done.
